Following extensive testing at our wind tunnel facility, the guarantee is offered across all our ornamental tile ranges.

Rosemary Ornamental Clay Plain Tiles conform to BS EN 1304: 2013 Clay roofing tiles and fittings - Product definitions and specifications.
Rosemary Ornamental Clay Plain Tiles have been rigorously tested in our wind tunnel where combinations of high wind and driving rain are used to determine the tile performance with respect to wind loading and weathertightness. Tiles will meet all the requirements of BS 5534: 2014 Code of practice for slating and tiling (including shingles), providing our fixing recommendations are complied with.

Roofing talent shines through in BMI’s Apprentice of the Year competition
Following a challenging and exciting two day, pitched and flat roofing competition at the BMI Academy, Roofing apprentices Jamie Scott, of Bourne-based Sandall Roofing, and Brandon McGrail-Manning, of SPV Group, Walsall, have been declared winners of the 2021 BMI Apprentice of the Year competition. Jamie, who trains at Leeds College of Building, was the winner of the Pitched Roofing category, while Juniper Training student Brandon won the Flat Roofing category.
