The Cloaked Verge System provides high resistance to wind uplift, is maintenance-free and provides a neat finish to the verge. The system continues the tiling over the gable end using a one-piece tile unit. The system is mechanically fixed, eliminating the need for mortar bedding.
The components that make up the Cloaked Verge System comply with BS EN 490: 2011, BS EN 1304: 2013 and BS 5534: 2014.
Cloaked Verge is available for use with all our profile tiles except Fenland Pantile, Old Hollow, Postel and Redland 49.
Cloaked Verge Tiles are made of concrete or clay, in colours to match the main roof tiles. The system consists of Left-hand and Right-hand Cloaked Verge Tiles and Half Tiles. Block End Ridge Tiles are required for all ridge ends.

The BMI Redland Mini Stonewold Slate was chosen due to its strength, robustness and appearance of natural slate.
